Your Project Binder holds the entire job: the brief, scenes, shot lists, shoot days with call times and gear lists, deliverables, and the workback schedule. 02Kwotasies, fakture en betalings
Freelance and up · Card payments on Pro
Turn your time and gear into a professional quote, instantly.
Set your rates once and let the Pricing Calculator handle the rest. It quickly transforms your shoot days, edit time, crew, and gear list into a clear, profitable quote. Approved pricing options instantly generate an invoice, complete with clear 25% or 50% deposit schedules. Chasing payments is just as easy: the Mail tool drafts your reminder with the payment link included. On Pro, clients pay by card directly from the link, and the funds route straight to your Stripe account.
03Kliëntbeoordeling
Indie en hoër
Frame-accurate video feedback and seamless image delivery in one professional space.
Host the complete project natively by uploading multiple video cuts and image proofs. Clients review the work in their browser without creating an account, leaving precise, timecoded notes that export directly as markers for your editing software. When reviewing stills, their selections are tracked automatically, and any picks beyond their package instantly update their quote. After final approval, simply enable downloads to deliver the finished assets right on the very same page.
04Voorstelle en goedkeuring
Freelance and up · Lighting on Pro
Keep your clients & crew on the same page.
Generate tailored, fully branded links from your master project so everyone sees exactly what they need to. Send your crew a link focused on the concept, schedule, and call sheets. Send your client a separate link that includes pricing, workback, and optional extras. They review the scope and sign off in one place, routing the approved PDF straight to your project binder. When a client requests an extra deliverable later, simply add it to their link as a new approved option, ready to sign and invoice.
Elke kliëntskakel dra jou logo en kleur. Publiseer jou portefeulje, en dit skakel ook daarheen, waar die volgende kliënt met jou in verbinding kan tree.
05Outlet Beheer
Indie and up · Gear on quotes with Freelance
Get paid to use your gear, and know exactly where it is.
Automatically monetize your kit by having the Pricing Calculator add a rental fee to your quotes based on the gear you pack. Generate custom QR labels for your items, cases, and shelves to keep your inventory flawlessly organized. When packing, simply search the app to pinpoint exactly where every piece of equipment is stored. Finally, hold those specific kits for upcoming shoot days and view them on your calendar to prevent double-booking.
06Portefeulje en navrae
Freelance and up · Requires a T6FV account
Let your portfolio pitch for you while you’re busy on set.
Publish your reel, past work, services, and testimonials at t6fv.io/yourname. Every page features a frictionless contact form for new clients. Their inquiries route directly to your in-app Messages inbox and your email, allowing you to reply or call back immediately. You also gain visibility in the T6FV Directory to connect with other creative professionals.
Wanneer Leah die vorm stuur, land haar navraag in jou Boodskappe-inkassie in die T6FV-app, en jy kry ook 'n e-pos.
07Blueprints
Freelance and up · Lighting on Pro
Bou die werk een keer. Verkoop dit oor en oor.
Turn your most successful jobs into repeatable packages. Save them as Blueprints, capturing the scenes, shot lists, gear, tasks, pricing, and (on Pro) detailed lighting plans. When the next brand film, headshot session, or music video books, activate your Blueprint for a pre-loaded and ready to go project plan and pitch.
The toolbox
A full video toolbox. One shared language.
Every tool in T6FV syncs perfectly with your master project, allowing you to leverage your work effortlessly across the entire app. Powerful enough to use individually, they integrate seamlessly when you need the full engine. Get started immediately with 17 free tools.
MODÜLES
Build the kit your job actually needs.
A grid, and everything that clips onto it. Cases, desks and rigs share one peg pitch, so a tray cut for your recorder drops into the case today and onto the desk tomorrow. Design it here, print it yourself or have it made — and when the job changes, change the kit instead of buying another one.
Drag to turn it over.
- One pitch, every surface. Cases, desks and camera rigs take the same parts, so nothing is stranded on the thing it was made for.
- Parametric, not a catalogue. Give a part its dimensions and it is generated — bins, cradles, clamps, shelves, ties.
- Made to be made. Export print files sized to your bed, or a build sheet that says what goes where.
